thanks for another great podcast. more and more i get into it, i realize hypnosis is very digital. even the lingo such as compounding suggestions can be equated to "looping" program. more i try to disassociate with computer aspect of hypnosis, more similarities i find, so i gave up comparing and just decided to accept as is just like a computer programing or lingo. i feel very familiar in this area as i get more experienced. i feel like i've been doing it for years. in any case, i think compounding is a beautiful way of securing the quality of the session and effectiveness of it. thank you cal for the wisdom.
