Did You Know that You Don't Need an iPod to Listen to or View a Podcast?

John (my tech guy) is busy right now editing the next Cal Banyan's Hypnosis, Etc., with Celeste Hackett program (podcast) and it will be posted on www.CalBanyan.com sometime today (it takes a couple more days to get it posted here on OurHypnoSpace.com). So, I thought it would be useful for everyone to hear that even thought these audio-only and video programs are called "Podcasts" you do not need to have an iPod to view or listen to a podcast. To listen and or view these programs (or any of my previous podcasts) just go to the website (www.CalBanyan.com) and click on the link and it will play right on your computer. (Yes, I get this questions all the time, so if you didn't know this don't feel bad, feel glad, knowing that you can play these programs on your computer.)

Now, if you want to take programs with you to play back later, then you need some kind of device. That device could be an iPod, Pocket PC, or some cell phones are capable to playing podcasts. You can even "burn" them to CD to listen to them in your car.

The most important thing for you to know is that you don't have to miss out on these programs just because you don't have an iPod. If you have a computer hooked up to the Internet then you have everything that you need.
